FLORIDA DIVISION OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT (FDEM) NONDISCRIMINATION PROGRAM

This program establishes a framework for taking reasonable steps to ensure access to all services provided by the Florida Division of Emergency Management (Division or FDEM) for all of Florida’s citizens and establishes procedures whereby FDEM will receive and investigate allegations of discrimination.
