Information Technology and Management

Information Technology and Management (ITM) is responsible for the Division’s Geographic Information Systems (GIS), the Division’s SharePoint, end-user support through the Help Desk, technology operations including security, network administration, server and systems administration, email administration, and database administration. In addition, ITM  supports application and data development functions necessary to build and sustain information management services to be delivered to the Division and the State Emergency Response Teams. ITM also maintains the Division’s web-based information platforms, including FloridaDisaster.org, FDEM’s Open Data Hub, the Division/SERT GeoPortal, and WebEOC.
