Continuity Planning and training helps to ensure federal, state, local, tribal, territorial governments, and whole community partners become more resilient and better prepared to successfully sustain essential functions during a wide range of potential emergencies and disasters. The Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) Compliance Checklist is a cross reference to ensure required criteria is included in the plan in accordance with Florida Statutes, 252.365 and federal guidelines.
