Regional Response Coordinators
The Regional Response Coordinators serve as the first line of support to the community on response and preparedness emergency management issues, including local plan development, grants, resource coordination, and training & exercise information. Their primary function during incidents or events is to provide assistance, guidance, and technical support to County Emergency Management (EM) Officials while ensuring the State Emergency Response Team (SERT) is provided timely notification of operational status, protective measures, anticipated resource requests and unmet needs that an impacted area may have.

Regional Recovery Coordinators
The members of the Regional Recovery Coordinators provide technical, fiscal, and grant management assistance to subrecipients as it relates to the required process and procedures of State grants, USDA grants, and FEMA's various Recovery Programs. The team does so by sharing and exchanging information between subrecipients, The Florida Division of Emergency Management, and federal partners. This includes conducting meetings, trainings, and workshops to provide information and instruction necessary for the subrecipient to successfully navigate and properly complete all the steps in Grants Portal and FloridaPA.
