Response - Infrastructure

The Infrastructure Section consists of two sub-units. The Engineering Unit which provides technical assistance to county governments with locating, identifying, and retrofitting hurricane shelters; and the Logistics Unit responsible for contract negotiations, vendor management, and resource acquisition, deployment, tracking and management. The Logistics Unit is also responsible for support to the State Domestic Security program for equipment and purchasing.
