Environmental and Historic Preservation
The environmental specialists within the Environmental and Debris Section provide technical assistance with environmental compliance requirements. This includes but is not limited to coordination of interagency agreements, conducting environmental training, and assisting with the environmental review process for Public Assistance grants.
All applicants seeking FEMA reimbursement are required to comply with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), as well as all other federal, state and local environmental laws and regulations.
