Citizen Corps and Community Emergency Response Teams are on the move throughout Florida. If you’re interested in having your photos displayed on this page you must be a registered Florida Citizen Corps Council or Community Emergency Response Team. If you have photos, we want to see them! Please email the Citizen Corps Office at CitizenCorps@em.myflorida.com to share your photograph(s).
Photos can only be submitted through email to the Florida Citizen Corps Office by the 15th of each month. Only photos that are submitted in a JPG or GIF format will be accepted.
Photo submissions should include the following information: who is in the photo, where and when it was taken, and what it shows. The photograph's subject must be relevant to the Citizen Corps/CERT mission. Photos must be approved for publishing before submitting.
Photo Subject Restrictions
Photos must be appropriate for posting on a public government website. Obscene, provocative, or otherwise questionable content will not be considered. The Florida Citizen Corps Office retains sole discretion as to what constitutes inappropriate content. Photos containing people must be approved for publishing before submitting.
Photographer and Copyright
In order to submit photos you must be the sole owner of the copyright of any image submitted. Your submission of the photo is your guarantee that you are the author and/or copyright holder of the photo.
Ownership and Use Rights
Photographers retain the copyright to their photographs. By submitting your photo, photographers agree to have their submitted photograph displayed on the Florida Citizen Corps Web site without any fee or other form of compensation. The Florida Citizen Corps Office may make and retain copies of the photograph for archival purposes. Posted photos will be subject to the Florida Citizen Corps Office Web site photo use policy. Photographs will be credited to the photographer named in the email submission. Photos may be selected for display or used in other Florida state government Web pages. Photographers agree that The Florida Citizen Corps Office may contact them to obtain permission for use of photos in this way. Photos will never be used by The Florida Citizen Corps Office in any manner for sale. In the event that ownership of any photograph submitted to the Florida Citizen Corps Office is contested in any manner, the Florida Citizen Corps Office retains the discretion to reject that photograph and discontinue use of the photograph.

By submitting your photograph(s), you agree to release and hold harmless The Florida Citizen Corps Office and its employees, officers, affiliates, agents, and advertising and promotional agencies from any and all damages, injuries, claims, causes of actions, or losses of any kind resulting from your submission, including infringement of intellectual property rights. The Florida Citizen Corps Office and its employees, officers, affiliates, agents, and advertising and promotional agencies assume no responsibility or liability for any damages, injuries, claims, causes of actions, or losses of any kind arising in whole or in part from this submission.
